I’m assuming you all know who MC Escher is.
So, I visited the MC Escher exhibition at San Jose Art Museum this morning. To be honest, I found most of his work not as exciting as the perspective manipulations that he has been known for and well, the famous pieces looked just the same as any one of the millions of reprints thus leaving me with no new sense of interest. I still respect his work but it would just be nice to see something new.
